(Bridging Resilient Youth in Transition)
欧美巨乳色情片 was the first school district in the western United States to pilot the BRYT program at 2 欧美巨乳色情片 schools- Roosevelt and McDaniel.Specific criteria for being a part of the BRYT program varies from school to school, but the foundation of the program is to partner with schools and families to promote healing, wellness, and academic success for teens returning from prolonged absences connected to their mental health.

(National Child Traumatic Stress Network)(Kairos PDX and the Dougy Center)- This resource focuses on Black youth and youth with other marginalized identities who are grieving. These tips work to not just acknowledge their grief, and the grief of their family members but to actively support them.

If you would like to refer a family to a Multco clinician that is not in your school building please contact Amy Ruona aruona@pps.net The most common Multnomah County referral would be a student who has OHP or who does not currently have insurance.

Asian Health and Service Center
(Cantonese, Mandarin, Vietnamese, Korean)
These lines are open during business hours (9am-5pm) and staffed by a community health worker trained to provide up-to-date information about the current COVID-19 situation, health guidelines, and also provide some brief emotional support. Community members only need call their corresponding language line and they will be connected directly with a worker of that language.

WRAP Services
is still taking referrals for youth who are multi-system involved. Anyone can refer to these services and the student just needs to be involved in 2 or more systems and needs to have an updated mental health assessment from the last 60 days.

CareOregon Regional Care Teams (RCT)
work closely with providers and members – through both telephonic and community-based support – to smooth the way to better care and better outcomes.

Multnomah County Intensive Care Coordination
offers care coordination to all Multnomah County youth who need complex mental health treatment.

Multco K12 case management program (voluntary, not insurance related)
This culturally responsive team connects with families of K-12 students and works in collaboration with the family and school team. The program is voluntary, not connected to DHS, insurance, or a mental health diagnosis. 欧美巨乳色情片 has 35 slots district-wide. Please check for availability before promising a family a slot. There may be a delay before they hear from anyone as the team is continuing to hire and build their team.
