If you need assistance scheduling a conference, please email your child's name and teacher(s) name(s)  to WoodstockAttend@pps.net or reply to this email.

  • School Supplies for 2024-2025

For families that attended Woodstock last year, you should have received a school supply list for your child’s grade this coming year in the year-end report card envelope. If you did not receive it or need to review it, please see the .

For families that have been a part of our school for the last few years, you may recall that this was an approach we used to help get school supplies to the classroom. For the past two years, we were able to budget for purchasing all school supplies to remove the burden of shopping for school supplies.

Unfortunately, with our recent budget cuts, we are again asking families to help by purchasing school supplies for their children. Last spring when the budget outlook was shared, many families inquired about how/where they can help. By helping by school supplies, this will allow us to focus our resources in other areas to support learning and development.

However, this is not a requirement. If you are unable to purchase supplies for your child, that is ok. If you are experiencing a financial hardship and need assistance, please contact the office, and we can help make sure your child has everything they need for a successful school year.

Also, if your family is in a position to support other students and would like to make a donation, feel free to purchase additional supplies and provide them to your child’s teacher in the fall. If you would prefer to make a monetary donation, please contact Tabitha.

  • Traffic Map

    Vehicular traffic

    • Suggested vehicular traffic flow is depicted using blue arrows on your map
    • Avoid parking or stopping on the corner of SE 50th Avenue and SE Harold Street as this makes it extremely difficult for school buses to make it to the bus zone
    • When dropping-off or picking-up students on SE Reedway Street, avoid stopping in the road or attempting to make U-turns
    • If you prefer walking your student to the entrance of the school, we suggest using one of the Park and Walk locations designated on your map with a green circle
    • ADA Parking is available in front of the school on 50th Avenue
    • Any family with a unique circumstance during arrival or dismissal time that needs additional assistance should contact the school office at WoodstockAttend@pps.net

    Woodstock Elementary Circulation Map

    Key changes

    • SE Harold and SE Ellis Streets should be prioritized for active transportation modes such as walking, biking or rolling
    • A 5-minute driver remain at wheel parking zone has been added to SE Reedway Street between SE 49th and SE 50th Avenues. This space is intended for quick drop-off or pick-up and not to be used as temporary parking

  • Principal's Welcome

Welcome to Woodstock Elementary! We are excited to have you in our community and we look forward to creating a positive learning experience for all students at Woodstock.

Creating engaging, affirming, and meaningful learning is a blend of expertise and empathy. Teachers will tap into students' curiosity, integrating activities, visuals, and hands-on learning. With the acknowledgment and understanding of each student’s unique assets and learning styles, teachers will affirm their individual identities and build rapport. As their relationship grows, teachers will solidify student learning through creating meaningful connections with relatable and real-world activities.

We’re excited to partner with your family to create a true learning experience that will help all students thrive.

We are honored for this opportunity to work with your child and your family this year.  As we move forward, our values of Perseverance, Integrity, Curiosity, and Compassion will remain as the guiding light, as well as our foundation.

Thank you for being a part of the Woodstock School Community!

    With Woodstock Pride,

    Seth Johnson, Principal
